Return Policy

ALL sales are final and are not refundable.

Personalized items are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable under any circumstance at all.

Any item that a discount code is used on/sale items are final sale. We do not replace/discount further for manufacturing defects should your item have one under any circumstance.

Please double check your sizing prior to paying for your order as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sizes. We can not change sizing once the order is paid for.

Washed and worn items, as well as items without the tags are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances. 

If your item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect/missing item/wrong size your item must be returned in the ORIGINAL packaging (clear bag it was sent in) along with the tags in tact. It must also be unwashed and unworn. A store credit will be issued upon inspection of said item when it arrives back to Charlotte and Chet.

To inquire about a return, please contact us at charlotteandchet@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please ship back via a trackable shipping method.
