Shipping Policy
If your address changes prior to shipping your order, it is your responsibility to contact us at charlotteandchet@gmail.com to request a change of address. If your package is returned or lost due to shipping to the old address you will be responsible for new shipping fees.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All packages are shipped with insurance. Charlotte and Chet Smocks is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped.
We ship anywhere within the United States. Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for your item(s) to be shipped to you.
ALL sales are final and are not refundable. Please check your item(s) upon receiving them. Any manufacturing defects must be reported to Charlotte and Chet Smocks within 7 days of receiving your order at charlotteandchet@gmail.com. You will have 7 days to get your defected item in the mail with provided tracking. We issue returns labels for items with defects only! Should you fail to get your defected item in the mail within those 7 days, your item is no longer eligible for exchange.
Orders are shipped in full. If you place an order for pre-order AND ready to ship items, your entire order will ship together when the pre-order items have arrived. If you would like the ready to ship items to arrive sooner, please place TWO separate orders.
